The Milouoff factory is the Milouoff Integrated Broiler Agricultural Cooperative Association Ltd. The factory deals in a variety of integrated activities such as: Raising, processing and marketing of chickens and turkeys. The factory belongs to the Milouot Group Ltd.

The Milouot Group is a vertically integrated corporation consisting of a comprehensive chain that combines development, raising, production, marketing and distribution at points of sale.

The operation runs as a multi-system autonomous unit that supervises every step in the chain of operations and uses work procedures designed to ensure a level of quality control that meets the highest international standards.
Based on Dun and Bradstreet data, the poultry industry (chickens and turkeys) in Israel has an annual turnover of roughly NIS 4.2 billion. On average, annual per capita consumption of chicken in Israel amounts to 38-45 kilograms, surpassing that of Italy and France (which comes in third) yet similar to the average per capita consumption in the United States, which totals 40.8 kilograms.

Milouoff, which belongs to the Milouot conglomerate, processes a total of 50,000 tons of chicken and turkey products each year with a 20% market share.  Milouoff is the only plant in Israel which manages the entire process from hatcheries to product processing.

Our company Kor Az Ltd. serves as a consultant and is planning the refrigeration, cooling and freezer systems for Milouoff.

We have been working with Milouoff since 1995 and many of their facilities were designed by our firm. 

The jewel in the crown at the abattoir is the continuous freezer tunnel which has the capacity to freeze 13 tons of poultry an hour.

Our company is designing the freezing system based on R-507 coolant at a low temperature of -40°c. 

The factory is upgrading all its cooling and freezing systems adding many new installations which are being designed by our firm.
