The Floris factory manufactures medicine, vitamins, herbal remedies and nutritional supplements.

The factory was established in 1985 by two brothers, Rafi and Yonatan Ben Shimon, both of whom were pharmacists, graduates of the University of Strasbourg, France.

Floris has strict quality standards: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standard for manufacturing medicine.
GMP Standard for manufacturing vitamins and nutritional supplements and ISO 9001-2000 international standard of quality.

The factory is located in the Industrial Zone of Teradion in the Western Galilee (Gush Segev) in a modern structure especially designed for manufacturing medicine covering an area of about 3,000 square meters.

Floris has about 80 employees, 12 of whom work in the laboratory and are responsible for product development and  strict quality control of the manufacturing procedures.

Floris is the leading Israeli company for the manufacture of vitamins and   nutritional supplements.

Floris products are certified kosher by BaDatz, the orthodox community in Jerusalem and the Chief Rabbinate of Haifa. The Hadas product line is certified kosher by the Belz BaDatz and by the Chief Rabbinate of Haifa.

In 2004   Moshav Mashuot Yitzhak acquired 50% of the shares in the company.

The Moshav is the owner of the "Al Bad" factory which is ranked third in the world in the production of moist towelettes.

The acquisition of the factory by Mashuot Yitzhak made it possible for Floris to begin exporting   products worldwide.

Toward the end of 2004 Floris acquired Hadas Natural Products turning it into   the largest manufacturer in Israel of vitamins and nutritional supplements. The brands Hizukit ^TMand Regyon ^TM are two of its products.

Our company Kor Az Ltd. designed the air conditioning system for the factory in the Teradion Industrial Zone. 

The plan included areas under low pressure and high pressure as required by the factory's GMP standard.
