Fishman Cooling Enterprises Ltd. is one of the most forward looking, modern cold storage facilities in Israel.

It includes many   cold rooms using ammonia (R717), with cold storage rooms at different temperature levels depending on the product being stored - ice cream, fish, meat, poultry, fruit, vegetables etc.

The central cold room is located in the Southern Industrial Park, Caesarea.

Kor Az designed the new cold rooms and its extensions which spread over an area of more than 10 dunams

(2 1/2 acres).

The cooling is done through an energy bank of liquid ammonia which is passed to air coolers in the different rooms.

Due to its professional design and construction this cold room is considered exceptionally well made from the point of view of organization,   storage capacity and the maintenance service of its systems and energy saving.
